Residential Block Management
Our residential management department provides a specialist property management service to blocks of flats and housing estates. We aim to provide a professional standard of property management in accordance with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and ARMA Code of Practice. Our clients include national and regional developers, residential management companies, residents associations and freeholders.
Rebbeck Brothers is one of the oldest professional firm in Bournemouth and we currently manage a portfolio of around 130 blocks ranging from 4-80 units. We offer a local service, using local people and with a staff ratio to ensure we are available to attend to your enquiries.
Our management service and accounting systems are governed by Statute and the RICS Code of Practice and Client Account Regulations. We are Corporate Members of the Association of Residential Managing Agents and are working towards Accreditation under ARMA-Q. Our client account is audited and certified on an annual basis and we have substantial professional indemnity insurance cover for our activities. The requirements are designed to protect you and your property.
