What to do in an Emergency
As with most residential managing agents, our offices are open Monday to Fridays 9am to 5pm – during these hours please feel free to call the office on 01202 780780, email or call in person. For a staff list with direct dial telephone numbers and email addresses please click here.
In the case of an emergency, or when the office is closed we have a number of trustworthy contractors you can call. Please note that if the emergency or repair relates to your flat, than the cost of the call out an repair will be your responsibility. In all cases please advise us what has happened as soon as we re-open. Some leaseholders may have been advised of alternative arrangements specific to their block.
