The Partners
and Associates at Rebbeck Brothers are supported by a
dedicated and experienced team of property managers, administration
assistants, accounts personnel and secretaries. Every
member of the team has a valuable contribution to make

Partner – Anthony
Mellery-Pratt FRICS. |
 |
Anthony
Joined the Partnership in 1973, and was made a Fellow
of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in
1980. He is responsible for the Commercial Agency Department,
and is closely involved with both the Residential and
Commercial Management. He is also a Chairman of the
Rent Assessment Committees and Leasehold Valuation
Tribunals, and is on the Panel of the President of
the RICS for appointment as an Independent Expert or
Arbitrator. |

Partner – Tim Mellery-Pratt |
 |
Tim
trained with King & Co (now King Sturge) Chartered
Surveyors in the City of London during the 1970's before
joining the Rebbeck Brothers partnership in 1978
He specialises in the sale, letting
and purchase of all types of commercial and industrial
property and land. He also advises clients in
bringing land and property forward for development.

| Tim works
closely with many of the firm's larger commercial clients
to maximise their property assets. Tim is a director
of three property investment companies in the south of
England. |

Associate Partner – Michael
Harrington FRICS |
 |
Michael
has upwards of 40 years experience in the profession
having qualified in 1968. He joined Rebbeck Brothers
in 1991, and is responsible for the running of the firm’s
Professional Department. He is also on the Panel of Arbitrators
and Independent Experts appointed by the President of
the RICS.
Michael is married with two grown-up boys and enjoys
numerous recreational activities and is a keen member
of Parkstone Golf Club.

Associate Partner - Matthew
Strong MRICS, BSc (Hons), Dip LUR |
 |
Matthew
joined Rebbeck Brothers in 2006 as Head of Property Management.
He has been a Member of The Royal Institution of Chartered
Surveyors since 1996 and over the last 10 years has gained
experience in residential and commercial property management
through working for both national and regional firms.
Between 2003 and 2006 Matthew acted as voluntary board
member to a large regional housing association providing
property management advice at board level. Matthew is
married with two young children and enjoys gardening,
making bread and walking. |

Associate Partner - Jacky
Hope-Inglis |
 |
Jacky joined
Rebbeck Brothers at the beginning of 2006 to head up the
Management Accounts department. Before joining the firm
Jacky spent the previous 18 years in senior accounts positions
in the construction and waste industries. Jacky is a keen
(fair weather) sailor and co owns a dingy which she sails
around Poole Harbour trying to avoid the Truckline Ferries.
She also enjoys the great outdoors, skiing and cycling. |
