relating to their property, its maintenance, level of service
charge or any meeting in good time.
We will endeavour to manage the property in a cost effective
manner and in the best interest of all residents.
We will be transparent and honest with regards to any
fees or charges and provide a written management agreement.
In the unlikely event of a complaint, we will seek to
resolve the matter through our company procedure and, if
necessary, refer the complaint to a Senior Partner.
