As with most
residential managing agents, our offices are open Monday
to Friday during normal office hours - during these hours
any non life threatening emergency should be reported to
the office. Outside of these hours we have an answerphone,
email or fax for you to contact us.
When the office is closed and an emergency
occurs, you should either report it to a resident director
(if available) or make arrangements as set out below. In
all cases please advise what has happened as soon as we re-open. If
the emergency or repair relates to your own flat then the
cost of the callout and repair will be your responsibility. |
