We have been involved with this block for a number of years and in 2003 we advised and assisted the residents in acquiring their own freehold. This has enabled residents to have a greater degree of control over the management and long term future of the block. Rebbeck Brothers continues to manage the block on behalf of the Resident Freehold Company.

Working closely with the directors, we are putting together a programme of window replacements and internal redecoration.

Our approved local contractors maintain the property. With a watchful eye on changing regulations we have recently undertaken an electrical safety and fire risk assessment at Albemarle Court and will work with residents to agree a ‘reasonable’ timescale to implement sensible recommendations.
