Rebbeck Brothers have recently been instructed on the management
of this block of twelve flats in Poole.
Working with the developer, we will provide advice on the
future management of the property and prepare a realistic
draft budget and company brochure that can be distributed
as part of the sales particulars.
The draft budget is based on our extensive knowledge of
the local market and excellent relationship with specialist
insurers and maintenance contractors.
On the sale and completion
of each flat we will issue a welcome pack and once fully
sold we will arrange a time to hold a residents meeting
in order to help establish a working relationship and start
the democratic process.
