Rebbeck Brothers have been involved
with the management of this Bournemouth property since it
was built in the 1960’s.
Acting on behalf of the freeholder, we provide a proactive
management service to the flats. Following the recent change
in ownership of a number of flats, the new owners have requested
Rebbeck Brothers to put in place a programme of refurbishments
and improvements. Working with local contractors we are obtaining
quotes for retarmacing the drive, relaying flagstone paths,
electrical upgrades and internal and external redecorations.
It is our intention to meet with all
residents to discuss our proposals and agree with them an
affordable programme – we
advise, they decide.
In addition to the routine management
of the block, we have also been actively involved in
the process of extending Leases on some flats.
