Built in 2004, this block of thirty six
flats is located in central Bournemouth.
Acting on behalf of the residents of the development, Rebbeck
Brothers have successfully pursued an NHBC claim to ensure
the remedy of defects originating from the original build.
This work was essential in order to maintain and enhance
the value of the leaseholders investment.
Rebbeck Brothers have worked closely with
the Residents Association to ensure that leaseholders were
kept informed and also that Rebbeck Brothers were acting
in the best interest of the block.
Rebbeck Brothers have instructed
a range of approved contractors to clean and maintain this
building – with contractors
based within a five mile radius and with our office only
a mile away, we are able to offer a truly local service.
More recently we have been involved in obtaining permissions
for tree works within the garden and the implementation
of a parking control system. Working with the residents,
we are now looking at a five year development plan for
the gardens and grounds.
Rebbeck Brothers has an excellent working
relationship with the Residents Association who meet
on a quarterly basis; we work with them in the best
interest of the property.
